SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 5–8 business days after payment is confirmed. An additional 1–2 business days may be needed for inspection and packaging.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Processing time does not include carrier transit time.

Made-to-order, customized, special-order, or imported items may require additional time. The estimated timeframe will be provided when applicable.

Shipping

Mía Luxe 18K ships within the United States using carriers such as USPS and FedEx. Transit times are estimates and may vary by carrier, destination, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. High-value orders may require tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation.

When signature confirmation is required, the customer is responsible for ensuring that an authorized person is available at the shipping address to receive and sign for the package.

If no authorized person is available, the carrier may leave a notice, attempt redelivery, Hold the package for pickup, or return it to Mía Luxe 18K. Any additional shipping or handling costs resulting from an unsuccessful delivery attempt may be charged to the customer, except where prohibited by law.

Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including the recipient’s full name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, and ZIP Code.

Mía Luxe 18K is responsible for shipping the order to the address provided by the customer. Mía Luxe 18K is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, returns, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address supplied by the customer.

Customers should contact Mía Luxe 18K immediately if they discover an address error.  Address changes are not guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped. For high-value orders, address changes may require additional verification.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer may be responsible for reasonable costs to resend the order, except where prohibited by law.

Delivery Availability and Signature Confirmation

The customer is responsible for monitoring tracking information and making reasonable arrangements to receive the package.

When signature confirmation is required,

Mía Luxe 18K is responsible for selecting and paying for the required signature service unless otherwise stated at checkout. The customer is responsible for being available, arranging for an authorized recipient, or following the carrier’s instructions for pickup or redelivery.

A signature requirement does not guarantee delivery at a specific time. Mía Luxe 18K is not responsible for a failed delivery attempt caused by the absence of the customer or an authorized recipient, provided the carrier attempted delivery in accordance with its procedures.

Tracking and Delivery

Tracking information will be sent once the order ships. Please allow time for the carrier’s system to update.

Mía Luxe 18K is responsible for providing the customer with available tracking information and reasonably assisting with eligible carrier investigations. The carrier is responsible for transporting and scanning the package after it has been accepted for shipment.

A package is generally considered delivered when the carrier records it as delivered to the address provided with the order, subject to applicable law and the results of any carrier investigation.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Please contact Mía Luxe 18K promptly if tracking shows that a package is delayed, appears lost, or has not been delivered within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery date.

Mía Luxe 18K will reasonably assist with eligible carrier investigations and claims. Refunds, replacements, or other resolutions will depend on the circumstances, carrier coverage, insurance, payment-provider requirements, and applicable law.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect the package as soon as it arrives. If the package or jewelry appears damaged, contact Mía Luxe 18K promptly and retain the jewelry, packaging, shipping label, shipping materials, and photographs or videos showing the damage.

These materials may be required for a carrier or insurance claim. Do not discard the damaged packaging until the claim or investigation is resolved.

Stolen or Misdelivered Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, the customer is responsible for first checking the delivery area, mailbox, front desk, leasing office, household members, neighbors, and any other location where the carrier may have left the package.

The customer should also contact the carrier promptly to report the issue and request a delivery investigation. If the carrier confirms that the package was delivered to the correct address but the package was stolen after delivery, Mía Luxe 18K may assist with an available claim or investigation, but is not responsible for theft occurring after confirmed delivery, except where required by applicable law.

If the carrier delivered the package to the wrong address or otherwise misdelivered it, Mía Luxe 18K will reasonably assist the customer in contacting the carrier and pursuing an investigation or claim.

A misdelivered package is different from a package stolen after confirmed delivery to the correct address, and the resolution will depend on the carrier’s findings, available insurance, and applicable law. Customers should not file a false theft, fraud, or non-receipt claim.

Mía Luxe 18K may request documentation, including carrier correspondence, photographs, a written statement, or a police report when reasonably necessary for a high-value shipment investigation.

Incorrect Addresses

Mía Luxe 18K is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, returns, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If Mía Luxe 18K makes an error in addressing or shipping an order despite receiving a complete and accurate address, we will work to correct the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Cancellations and Delays

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Cancellations may not be available once an item has been customized, specially ordered, processed, or shipped.

If an order cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, Mía Luxe 18K will provide the notices and options required by applicable law.

Local Pickup and International Orders

When local pickup is available, customers will receive confirmation when the order is ready. Identification may be required before an order is released.

This policy applies to U.S. shipments only unless international shipping is specifically offered at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import requirements.

LIMITED WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

At Mía Luxe 18K, every piece of jewelry is carefully inspected before it is delivered or shipped to our customers. We are committed to providing authentic gold jewelry and clear, fair policies that protect both our customers and our business.

Limited gold authenticity warranty

Mía Luxe 18K warrants that the gold jewelry sold by our company is authentic gold and corresponds to the karat represented at the time of sale, including 14K or 18K, as applicable to the individual item.

This Limited Warranty is specifically limited to the authenticity and represented karat content of the gold.

If there is a legitimate question regarding the authenticity or represented karat of a piece purchased directly from Mía Luxe 18K, the customer should contact us with the original proof of purchase so that the matter can be reviewed and, when appropriate, the jewelry can be professionally evaluated.

If it is determined that the jewelry does not conform to the gold authenticity or karat represented by Mía Luxe 18K at the time of sale, Mía Luxe 18K will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with this Limited Warranty and applicable law.

Customer inspection & acceptance

Every jewelry item is carefully inspected by Mía Luxe 18K before delivery.

For in-person purchases or local pickup, customers are encouraged to carefully inspect the jewelry before accepting it.

Once the customer has had the opportunity to inspect the piece and accepts possession of it in satisfactory physical condition, the customer acknowledges that the jewelry was received without visible physical damage unless otherwise documented at the time of delivery.

For shipped orders, customers should inspect their jewelry promptly upon delivery and contact Mía Luxe 18K immediately if the item received is incorrect or arrives with visible damage.

Acceptance of the jewelry does not eliminate any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal or state law.

What this limited warranty covers

  • Authenticity of the gold represented by Mía Luxe 18K.

  • Verification of the represented gold karat, such as 14K or 18K, as stated on the customer’s purchase documentation or product description.

  • A material discrepancy between the gold content represented by Mía Luxe 18K and the actual gold content of the jewelry, when established through an appropriate professional evaluation.

What this limited warranty does not cover

After the jewelry has been inspected and accepted by the customer, this Limited Warranty does not cover physical damage, deterioration, alteration, or loss occurring after delivery, including but not limited to:

  • Broken chains, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, rings, clasps, or other components.

  • Bent, twisted, stretched, crushed, dented, or deformed jewelry.

  • Scratches, dents, marks, or normal surface wear.

  • Broken or damaged clasps, links, locks, posts, backs, hinges, or closures.

  • Lost, loose, chipped, cracked, or damaged stones, diamonds, gemstones, charms, beads, or decorative elements.

  • Jewelry that becomes caught, pulled, struck, dropped, crushed, or subjected to excessive force.

  • Damage caused by sleeping, exercising, swimming, bathing, working, or participating in physical activities while wearing the jewelry.

  • Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, cleaning products, chlorine, salt water, lotions, or other substances.

  • Natural wear and tear resulting from normal use.

  • Damage caused by improper cleaning, storage, maintenance, or handling.

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or improper care.

  • Repairs, resizing, soldering, alteration, polishing, or modification performed by another jeweler or third party.

  • Loss or theft of the jewelry.

  • Changes in appearance or finish resulting from normal wear.

Gold is a precious metal and may bend, scratch, wear, or break when subjected to force or improper handling.

The authenticity of the gold does not constitute a guarantee against physical damage.

Physical damage

Mía Luxe 18K cannot guarantee that a piece of jewelry will never break, scratch, bend, lose a stone, become damaged, or show signs of wear.

Once a piece has been inspected, accepted, and placed in the customer’s possession in good physical condition, subsequent physical damage is not considered evidence that the gold is inauthentic or that the represented karat is incorrect.

Physical damage occurring after acceptance is therefore not covered by the Limited Gold Authenticity Warranty. Customers are encouraged to treat fine jewelry carefully and follow appropriate jewelry-care practices.

Returns & exchanges

Because gold jewelry is a high-value personal item, jewelry that has been inspected, accepted, worn, used, altered, resized, damaged, or removed from its original condition is considered final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Mía Luxe 18K does not accept returns based solely on change of mind after acceptance, accidental damage, improper use or handling, normal wear and tear, a broken or damaged piece after it was accepted in good condition, loss of stones or components occurring after acceptance, or personal preference after the jewelry has been worn or used.

This policy does not prevent a customer from contacting Mía Luxe 18K when the wrong item was received, an undisclosed condition existed at delivery, or the merchandise materially differs from what Mía Luxe 18K represented at the time of sale.

Nothing in this Return Policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal or state consumer-protection law.

Custom, special-order & personalized jewelry

Unless otherwise required by law, custom-made jewelry, special-order jewelry, personalized pieces, engraved jewelry, specially requested sizes, jewelry altered or resized at the customer’s request, and pieces specially sourced or ordered for an individual customer are final sale once the order has been placed into production, specially sourced, customized, or altered for the customer.

These items are still covered by our Limited Gold Authenticity Warranty regarding the authenticity and represented karat of the gold.

Gold testing & authenticity claims

If a customer believes that a piece purchased from Mía Luxe 18K does not contain the gold karat represented at the time of sale, please contact us before altering, cutting, melting, repairing, or otherwise modifying the jewelry.

Proof of purchase may be required. Mía Luxe 18K may request that the piece be evaluated using an appropriate professional testing method or by a qualified independent jeweler, precious-metal professional, or testing facility.

A claim regarding authenticity must relate to the actual gold content of the merchandise and not merely to physical damage, color variation, normal wear, scratches, breakage, or another condition unrelated to gold purity.

Third-party alterations

Jewelry that has been repaired, resized, soldered, modified, combined with other materials, or otherwise altered by someone other than Mía Luxe 18K may be difficult to evaluate in its original condition.

Mía Luxe 18K is not responsible for physical damage, workmanship, replacement components, or changes to the jewelry resulting from third-party services. This provision does not eliminate any legal claim concerning the authenticity or represented gold content of the original product that can be reliably established.

Proof of purchase

Warranty claims must be associated with an original Mía Luxe 18K purchase. Customers may be asked to provide the original receipt or invoice, order number, warranty or authenticity certificate when provided, photographs of the jewelry, and the jewelry itself for inspection or testing.

No warranty against normal wear or physical damage

The purpose of this Limited Warranty is to stand behind the authenticity and represented karat of the gold sold by Mía Luxe 18K. It is not an insurance policy or physical-damage protection plan.

Mía Luxe 18K does not warrant jewelry against accidents, breakage, wear, loss, theft, improper handling, or other physical damage occurring after the customer receives and accepts the jewelry.

Consumer rights

This Limited Warranty gives customers specific warranty protections concerning the authenticity and represented karat of gold purchased from Mía Luxe 18K. Customers may also have additional rights under applicable state or federal law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or waived.
